Client Services Help Desk
You can be sure that our client service team seeks to get you help quickly. Our online help files and videos are very comprehensive, but sometimes you just need to talk to someone. What makes our brand of help desk unique?
- Often at a workshop, people get to know each other and form a user group. These groups provide first level support in your language and time-zone.
- All of our client service team have attended a website building workshop and they know in detail how to build a website with our software.
- Since our help team also teaches workshops, your instructor from a workshop could be the one providing your help. It is always much better if you know the person who is helping you.
- We also have "assistants" in many regions of the world who are not Kalaam staff but available to help on a limited basis.
- Even if that is not possible to have your instructor or an assistant help you, other Client Service staff are ready to assist you around the globe.
- All of our Client Service team members are fluent in English and some are fluent in French, Spanish, Hindi, Malay, and German.
- Our team meets weekly to keep abreast of issues so we can assist each other. In that way, you get the help you need in a timely way.
- We also keep abreast of changes to the software, noting enhancements and bug fixes so that we can let you know what is new or updated.
- We provide personal help through email, phone, and audio/video conferencing.
